Hugo Rewards ("the app") is a digital loyalty card app for a single coffee shop. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's used.

Your information is used solely to operate the loyalty program: identifying your card, tracking stamps, and letting shop staff add stamps or redeem rewards when you visit. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your name, contact info, and stamp count are visible to authorized staff of the shop, who use this to operate the loyalty program in person. The app does not make your information publicly visible to other customers.
Your information is stored using Supabase, a third-party database hosting provider. Supabase stores and processes data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. You can read Supabase's own privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.
Your information is kept for as long as your loyalty account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll remove your record.
Hugo Rewards is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not verify age at signup.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
